Big stuff 3 or FAST calibration file needed

It runs; just not right!
Ok, I have been trying to tune in a new big stuff 3 system for 85lb delphi's. The thing runs fine and shows stoch on the WBO2 but smells terribly rich and bogs down when throttle 100%. I truly am at a loss. I was hoping that somebody may have a cal file that comes close to this for either FAST or BS3 that I may look over. 74# and up welcome. I have had the settings looked over by a BS3 dealer and he did not see anything out of whack on a glance, but that does not mean he did not miss something too. And before I get hammered, yes my ignition is tight, all double checked, brand new stuff from the distributor down to the plugs.
