Boost Vacuum Lines Broken...what happens

I look quickly at a truck that the boost control vacuum lines were broken, would the truck over boost (wastegate shut) or would the boost build slowly (wastegate open)

If the actuator can't see all the boost you has, because of a broken line, it will overboost. Fix this.
