1.) The second pic, showing the exhaust ports, on the left side of the rocket valley, there is a hole in the side of the head, what was in that or why is it there? Is it tapped, or just a hole?
The only hole I see in the pic is where the intake bolts and it is tapped.

2.) Same picture, the second to last bolt hole for the manifolds, is that filled, or have some sort of gunk in it?
The manifolds holes are open and I ran a tap through them tonight with no problem. I honestly can't see what your talking about. I took a couple of pic's with my phone not the best but I forgot my camera.
3.) The third picture, the right side second to last intake bolt hole, is that a crack from the hole to the top part of the head, or something else?
It is a scratch the must be reflecting the light just right. If you would feel better seeing some more pics I would be happy to take them on Monday. I will just post them on photo bucket in open forum. It make the thread way to long to post them here.
