Broken Flexplate.......

I pulled the block today and i found the flexplate in two pieces
It broke around the bolts :-?
What kind should i use ? anyone knows any part numbers ?
I need something strong

I dunno what the tooth count is on sytys but Im sure there is one available that will fit our applications if the above one wont.

I also found another one that is a little heavier,but i wouldnt try that

it's 168 tooth I believe and that TCI is the one I put on mine after I bent my stock flexplate. its a good piece and cheap insurance too. make sure when you bolt it back together you have no more than 1/8 inch between the TC and flexplate when the TC is pushed back all the way in the trans.

Dunno if you just need to replace or upgrade...
168 tooth flywheel for 262cid/4.3L

I have to upgrade
Im in mid 11s and i have to do a lot of things for the 10 sec combo im building
Yestarday night i remooved the eagles and i found that the top bearing was half red
I guess this happend from the extreme piston clearances the 10 years old block had I peplaced just the rings last year though i had to go 0.20

What advantages do teh B&M or TCI flexplates offer?

Gonna swap in a 9/11 and trans over winter and may upgrade the flexplate/flywheel too while its open.

SFI certified. The ring gear is welded on both sides all the way around.

TCIs plate is 0.035 thicker than stock also
CSI one 0.187 thicker made from 4130 steel but costs 164 $

Do our trucks use an internally-balanced flexplate or an externally-balanced? The link to the Jegs page shows an internally-balanced flexplate that looks like the correct application, but the B&M part number listed (#20239) is externally balanced. Which is correct?
