Can anyone identify this brake piece?

Pretty sure it is a rear brake caliper support for a 98-02 Camaro, but not 100%. I got it with a rear brake kit back in the day. Does anyone know for sure what it is???
Also, is anyone still selling the disk brake e-brake cable support?

i have the ls1 rear ebrake cable brackets in stock. They are $75 shipped. I also have the rear ls1 brake cables you'll need to hook up your brakes, which are $170 shipped. Combo of brackets + cables is $230 shipped.
