Can you replace just the ball joint boots?

Pulling the hub for the C5 Z06 brake upgrade and both lower boots tore. Can you get just the boots for the factory lower ball joints?

Truck only has 25K miles on it so the ball joints themselves are just fine.

LMK if it's possible, and if there's a part number.

Thanks in advance!

I am pretty sure Energy Suspension makes them....I will see if I can dig up a parts number.

Totally can. Energy suspension ones are high end, or for a possible cheaper method, hit up your local parts supply warehouse. Should have replacements

One thing I noticed about the ball joint boots on the napa ball joints that I got for my Honda was that they tore as the ball joint got pressed into the steering knuckle. They are super soft and thin. I think either casting your own polyurethane bushings or getting ones from Energy Suspension would be your best bet for durability.

If you got the truck that far apart, just replace the all the ball joints. You wouldn't like yourself too much if the used joints only last a little longer after all that wrenching...
