well first off, this has been the shittiest week of my life. computer's been on the fritz, wont read CD's for some reason, working my azz off, hurt my back, and to top it all off my jeep was stolen last night. I had left it at work for the last week cuz of a broken front drive shaft, was gonna fix it tommorow... not anymore,

Important stuff starts here

so I go to the track, data cables came in today, gonna log some runs and get a good solid tune on it. for some reason it won't recorde. says "Cannot make log file" or something ot that extent when i hit record. so i cruize through the help section, nothing, says to create new log... HTF do you do that? i spent the better part of an hour trying to figure this out and i'm lost. any help here would be a god sent, that was the WHOLE reason i went to the track today

P.S.
I guess on a better note i pulled a 13.440 @ 96.13 MPH and cut a 1.77 60' i'm pretty thrilled about that. this is a slow track, last 1/4 of it is up hill and has always cost me at least 5mph and 2 tenths in my other cars, about the same for everyone else i run around with. actual alt is little over 1200, not sure about the D/A though, i'll figure it out later i guess

Re: can't log data...

I didnt notice if you said what program your scanning with. If its TunerPro, go to the little page icon at the top where you select your .ads (?) file for the data stream, and to the right you will see a box to choose a log file. Click on it, and make a name. It will say it doesnt exist and ask if you want to create it, click Yes and your done.

PS. Go down a few posts in this section and read the thread you started about bin files. I replied to it recently. Thanks.
