I bought the code 59 and was interested in someone that code tune my typhoon with the program.or ic there is a shop that does tuning with the program.

Code59 by itself is free and always has been. If someone charged you for the files I would be curious who that was.

Hardware for tuning in general is different.

Your best bet is to find a local that has done some tuning, or learn how to tune it yourself.

Found a tuning and installation place in sterling ,Ma called ( enhanced street performance ).
