DataMaster Hiccups

Take a look at this DM file if you would and tell what the heck happens at record 43.

It's almost as if the ECM lost connection. Volts go from 12.6 to 6.8 the right back to 12.7. I'm quite sure the motor kept running. It was a FT pass down the strip and I would know. I'll pull the ECM but any comments would be appreciated. Yes I know IAT is high but I'm working on that.

Thanx

Re: DataMaster Hiccups

I had a simular problem.. in my case it would happen when my electric fan would kick on. The initial start of the fan would spike and pull way too much

I don't have any big external loads like cooling fans or stereo's. I think it's something else. occasionally, just driving down the road, DM off so I have no record, it will act as if I turned the key off for a split second. Rare and random so no clue. I'm still gonna pull the ECM and look.

Should have mentioned, sw is new. Don't you remember? I posted a how-to and everthin... :rotf:

Good idea though. I think the hiccup is somewhere else. Even so I tried wiggling the key while driving and no hiccups.

News at 11:00 I guess.

Thanks.
