Datamaster/Scan tool question

Does anyone know if there is a scan tool, such as Datamaster, that the software comes on a flash card. I want to install the software into a netbook computer, which doesn't have a drive, only USB ports.

Just use your desktop computer to put it on a USB flash drive. I do this for my netbook all the time
