Could someone look at a couple of Diacom runs from a 37000 mile Syclone?

I quickly looked at your files. IMO I wouldn't recommend launching a stock truck at 14-14.5 psi. Its is probably slowing you down and itxs wear and tear that is unneccessary.
I noticed that your getting 2-3 knock counts while brake torquing the motor before you make any boost. I usually only have knock counts in boost. Its hard to though about your KR because you getting some much before you launch that it take half the run to get the KR down.
In your 2nd run you hit the rev limiter of the stock chip in 3rd gear (4800rpm) 4600 rpm shift are a little high in 1st and 2nd, but not outrageous, my truck does 4300 (1-2) and 4500 (2-3 and 3-4)
