Hmm, interesting idea for a NA application. I don't *think* it would so great for us however. A large spark kernel would have a better chance of not getting "blown out" by boost than multiple small ones IMO. Especially when alky is added to the equation as those folks have to tighten up their gaps for reliable ignition. The person who does the welding had better be a pro or else you may have a washer rattling around inside the combustion chamber...

Isn't that essentially the same as a "Field-Effect" spark plug?
Cant remeber who, but someone had run the field effect plugs in their SyTy with some success.
I recall them be ridiculously expensive.

I read there website. Pretty badass stuff they have going there. Might have to try those out.
Dyno tested a 5.0 turbo mustang and it gained 16HP at 4500 RPM and 19 TQ at 4250. not bad for just a spark plug change.

Super old thread but I wanted to reopen it and ask if anyone else has tryed the torque brand and if so what they thought...Was thinking about ordering some due to my Typhoon that loves eating plugs even with my new Ignition....Any input would be nice..........
