It looks pretty clean but when I see something that says "mint" I think no mods, completely stock and showroom fresh. Just my opinion though

That might be a truck I saw ~15 years ago, at time had like 3k miles. Original owner who also owned a white typhoon. At one time he put zr1 rims on truck if that is the one. It was clean at the time if it is the same truck.

Never seen this truck & it's right here in town. He had it listed last week in Portland. I was thinking about contacting him just to take a look at it. Maybe head out in my Sy. 29G ;). Hope he gets it, only helps the prices of our bricks.

Normally trucks with mileage that low mileage are stock. The collector that would pay. 30k for a truck like that doesn't want the mods.

Re: Dude be trippin...

Why do people beat others up on prices when they're not even remotely interested in buying the item? This only hurts the values of these trucks. Look at guys buying and selling vintage Ferraris and air cooled Porsches. They love the fact that the values of their cars are going through the roof. They don't quite ridicule each other for their asking prices.

Cause if we keep them cheap we can still afford to own them. :rotf:

My comment is not negative. I don't think 30k is out of reach, but just think that he won't sell it with the mods.

Mods on any car are worth $0. Mods on a collectible car kill originality and value. Could easily get 30k stock. Not with it cut up, though.

I know I'm not beating up the guy's price, however, my definition of mint and his are obviously different, which made me lol.
He probably only knows one syclone, his, which looks pretty dang nice. 29k? More power to him and I say GL. From what I've seen on the market tho, this one will probably be available for a while. Save your :2cents::2cents:

Re: Dude be trippin...

People forget sometimes people put a car for sale with a price they would let it go for, anything less and they will just keep it. You might be surprised how often those sales happen due to it being the right car for a buyer. Regardless if we as cheap s10 owners agree or not.

Everyone wants a million when they sell, and thinks its worth almost nothing when they want to buy it.

Very true.
All the time and wasted money when I was young and naive. The biggest problem especially for my income is every time I save for something big and sweet then actually get it on the truck and get it tuned. Something totally freakin better just comes out that is a hell of a lot more innovative. Either that or it breaks. If I did it all over again I would have just bought a 5liter mustang some et streets and threw some spray at it and kept my syclone stock.

Mint (to me) means "in exceptional condition". He didn't say it was fresh off of the assembly line.
