ECM issue??

..hard to swallow
So I drive home and park the car...twenty minutes later there is no power whatsoever. I check some fuses like ECM and IGN but they seem fine. When I try jumping it it will get some power (lights go on, intercooler pump runs)but won't start (just clicks). Seems like it could be a fuse issue but I don't know what fuse in particular might be the culprit..any suggestions. Thanks

check your grounds , all power travels through grounds on a vehicle .

Re: ECM issue??

Has the truck had the "purple wire" replaced?

Sounds like click no start to me. My :2cents:
Edit:
Nevermind, reread probably not click no start.

Re: ECM issue??

I checked the negative battery cable and still nothing. It has the battery relocated under the fender which sucks because the cladding has to be removed to access the terminals. It was strange I had full power and the battery is new. Then it's gone and won't even sound the horn unless I connect the jumper cables...then it gets electricity to power the interior lights and intercooler pump but not enough to crank. I suspect a ground but don't know where to look.
Since it's getting power with the cables connected does that point towards a ground issue or battery issue? The battery is literally 2 weeks old.
