Well the ty has been down way too long. Finally got the manifold repaired and decided to upgrade in the process. I am doing all mechanics right now....it will be rewired shortly its a damn rats nest. I worked for about 7hrs today and heres where i am at. Nothing under the hood to really show just did and ac delete today everything else looks the same lol. Pulling out as much un needed crap as possible its too cramped. i really want to get the remote oil filter out of there next.

i was just going to ask if you were gonna get rid of the ac box. it will really look much cleaner with the heater only box. nice job so far.:tup:

had to use a carbide bur bit to open up the holes in the manifold to get it to bolt up. now in the process of the coolant delete and bat relocate then i should be able to start it

barely clears the ac delete....

looks like i will have to also do an aux trans cooler to get the cobra elbow in between the turbo and radiator

well i hope its all worth it!!!! i kinda jumped in both feet at a time on this project, there werent many in between steps. I fired the truck up yesterday!!! started really well for not having the o2 sensor plugged in. i got a brand new sensor to install today, my buddy is going to relocate the battery while i am plumbing the intercooler and fixing my small oil feed leak

still working on relocating the battery but i did get all the wires ran for it. the intercooler piping looks really good i am very happy. i did end up using two regular clamps so i how the hold. and btw yes thoose are zip ties holding the bov on!!!!

run the pc680 in the stock location just lower it

to bad i ran all the wires, i just need a dist block and a batt box and i think its done
