Not really a run, pulled out and went 0-60 in each direction then pulled back into neighborhood. I'm really scared to go WOT until i'm sure everything is working.

It's hard to explain, but i feel it boosting, but not accelerating like it should.

K&N filter and cat back. no other mods. it's was about 58*F outside when i made this run.

few questions:

why is premium fuel not being recognized?
why isn't TPS reaching 100%? how high shoudl it be?
fuel injector duty cycle approaches 100%...is that normal?

#1- I wont worry about it not recognizing premium fuel, as long as it is in there, thats all that matters
#2- you might want to pull the upper inter cooler and make sure you are getting WOT, maybe get someone to push down the pedal while you are looking at it and checking for more travel, and you might need to adjust the tps.
#3- I think inj duty cycle being 100% may be normal, some one else might have more insight on that.

You do have some knock issues you should look for. 6* of retard isn't good. Have you done a full tune up and fuel system upgrades? It might be a rattle since it's at higher rpm but knowing what is done to the truck might help with diagnosis. Give as many details about it as you can, (tune-up, fuel sys, chip, ect....)

Stock chip, new plugs & gapped, cap, rotor, wires, fuel filter, ignition coil, fresh top tier 93 octane. New vacuum lines. New boost solenoid.

No fuel upgrades. Did verify fuel pressure at idle and check valve at pump holds after shutoff.

You might want to do a Walbro fuel pump, and adjustable fuel pressure regulator, that could be why you have some knock, (lack of fuel). Also dont run it hard with less than 1/2 tank of fuel, I have seen it cause knock.

it does have just over 1/2 a tank.

AFR looks to be under 14.7, so isn't that rich (assuming 02 is correct)?...does that mean fuel pump is sufficient?

I figured since boost isn't even peaking out, the fuel system should be fine.

AFR on stock just means what the chip is trying to do, only a wideband O2 will be true AFR. The stock fuel system wasnt good enough for a stock truck from factory. Thats why it's the first things to be done for a good running stock truck. Just like intercool lines, hot-wired ic pump, higher flow ic pump, full tune up, ect....

on your tps% make sure it's nothing simple too like a floor mat or something else just stopping your pedal. Also is there a reason his o2 mv's are all over the place and down under 100 an awful lot?

OK, why is my chip ID 00831 and it appears stock? according to that article, that is the pitbull ATR chip??

Your right, it looks like your o2 sensor might need to be replaced, it doesn't look like normal. Looks like it's pretty slow and lazy. I missed that the first time :roll:

Well thats good and bad, but it is about the safest aftermarket chip that was ever made. See if you can find a stock and get everything straight with that, then try the ATR after to see if it makes any improvements performance wise. :2cents:

What does an ATR chip look like? When I pulled the ECU for the first time last week, there was a Hypertech chip in there with, WHAT I ASSUMED WAS, the OEM chip attached to it at 90* and has 1576 stamped on it. So i took hypertech out and inserted the 1576 back in and assumed it was stock.

I have a picture of it, just not uploaded anywhere. has the blue on top and gray on bottom.
