alright, so i put together an alky system, but had problems with the nozzle mounting. from what i've read/seen all over the internet your to sandwich the IC between the nozzle and the coupling it screws into? couldn't see this working too well. soo... I've kinda devised a soloution for this problem (hopefully, if it's even a problem, seemed like one to me). as thick as the IC is, i've decided to drill and tap it to a 1/4" pipe thread. what i've done is take a 1/4" brass 90* elbow, male to female, threaded the inside of the male 1/4 nipple with an 1/8 tap so that the nozzle actualy threads inside brass elbow. (i'll get pics tommorow) this way you can screw the elbow into the TB, garenteeing (never could spell that one) that it is sealed, hence no boost/vac leaks. now simply install your nozzle into the "permenantly" mounted elbow. this solves any potential leaks, and makes nozzle changes a snap (well not counting IC removal). I should have it finished and spraying in the next couple of days, found some bad ball joints that need addressed IMEDIATELY while changing plugs.

the stuff to do this avaliable at just about any hardware store for minimal cost, You need to drill the inside diamater of the male portion out a small bit, and simply thread your 1/8" pipe tap into it and viola! it's done! clean it out good, for shavings and be sure to clean the threads good as well, brass is soft and will destroy the threads easily if there not clean
