format not supported

i was just wondering if any one knew what the heading meant is there any way i can support the format? this pops up when i try and watch ghetto sleds movie and it pisses me off.any help would be great thanks

what kind of files are you trying to watch when you get this? avi, mpg etc.

it says ghetto.mov .saying windows cannot open this file its saying it will find it on the net or for me to find something to open it with so i open it with windows media player and its opened up like its gonna play but a screen pops up saying file not supported?

a ".mov" file is for use with Apple Quicktime movie player software and well that's the only one that will play the mov files. Do a search for "quicktime" in google but Im pretty sure you have to pay for it. Just go to limewire or something and download it for free like millions others have but Microsoft media player from my experince isn't gonna play the mov file for you.
