I have had this design in my mind for several years. The original solid motor mount design I did back in 2000 and it evolved into a 2 stage requiring both a new frame pad and solid mounts. Being solid mounts are the norm now, it made sense to just redesign from scratch and just make a solid mount that avoids the horrible job of changing the frame pad.

They are now available and ready to ship after some testing a few months back.

Thank you. Bit of odd trivia on motor mounts. Back in 2000 Ryan *Unisack" contacted me about making a set for his truck. I had just moved to Kentucky from Seattle a few months prior. The house I lived in at the time had a 1 car garage. Typhoon was my daily driver. My tools involved a drill press and abrasive chop saw, and a few hand tools not much else.

The first set was rather raw and ugly for sure, but with some trial and error I was able to make a new frame pad that accepted the Energy Suspension Poly mount from the small block chevy. It was fairly quick into the production of those that it was discovered the ES mounts melted rather easy. So the switch was made to go to solids. That is how the original design involved and was since R&D'd by others. (Ripoff and duplicate).

Few years ago I had this design in my head to simply things, and honestly I saw the prices other were charging and decided it was time for version JSM 2.0.

OK useless trivia for Tuesday morning.
