No you're not...
Mine's the slowest. It's gone 20 miles in the last 2 years.
Once Dan gets his truck together it whould be a good matchup between the two Tys. I've got my money on Dan's though, it'll most likely be the fastest, and the first to blow up. Those predictions go hand in hand though...

I just saw the video, beautiful run!
Would you be willing to compete against a Dodge Dakota R/T at Speed World on April 17th in a heads-up Hot Teams match. This is on a Sunday and the cost is just normal track entry fee for that morning. You will be joining 5 other GM vehicles in Mopar competition, most of them are street legal. I would love to see this match take place, it would generate a lot of interest i both vehicles. Strong vehicles (GM and MOpar) from two different web forums - this could be interesting
If your willing to do this you will need a vehicle number. Your competitor is M60. Go to the HTR web site and click on sign up and I will get the ball rolling.

Well it's my friend Bill's truck, I can ask him but he's not really that much into racing - just likes to take it to the track to see what it will do.

Well, then I've got good news... comparitively speaking.
When he goes to the track now there is someone in the next lane. The only difference is that this time he will know the guys name
Seriously, it's probably going to be a hard sell. I can tell you after being in this program for five years now that some folks are absolutely terrified of heads-up racing. In reality its still the same process of stagging with a guy in the next lane and it's good for the sole to be off balance once in a while.
Also, if it does work out we would still need to get the OK from the guy I had in mind or one of the other Dakota racers but I'm sure that's not an issue, those guys will pretty much just show up for anything even though bone stock they only run 15.0, if that.
