couple years ago when they first started they tried getting the gn guys on the turbo board to switch over when the k&ns were having problems with small crap getting through there filters, and a couple of guys did use them but saw no differance. do a search on the turbo buick board and see what i mean.

I sell em, outflow K & N. Made of T-shirt type filter media, sheet material verusus gauze material which can be inconsistant. Flange and framework is stronger, and the rubber from the flange doesnt seep into filter media. I am running their Twister on my ty, and am ducting cold outside air in. Can be seen at Nats for those who are interested.

Great!
I'll take one:
Cone filter.
8 or 9" Length.
3" inlet.
You know, the kind you put on the end of the tube laying on the fenderwell, ala "warm air kit"...

How much?

Can you give a part number and contact info for this too?
If it works out as described and the price is agressive, I will send MHST folks your way...

Just to clarify:
Same function overall as K & N but improved.
I have seen the air box test with the ping pong ball. They opened the back of the air box to let it flow all the air it can(duh), the K & N doesn't top out like it used to, it hovers around the middle. With the green filter the ping pong ball topped out. With paper filter it hardly budged. Cotton sheet material for consistancy versus inconsistant gauze. They use the same principle for oil and cleaning purposes. Different oil than K & N but same idea. I cannot ship the cleaning kits. Fed ex and ups fines big time. :-?
If this works for ya and people like this I will have cleaning kits available for purchase at the Nats.

They have additional sizes available. All I need is inlet size, length, width and if you need a tapered or angled of some sort. They have a few less applications of the universal cone filters, but I will be more than willing to check to see if they have something to fit your measurements.

I can attest that these filters are awesome.

They not only use a better gauze material but they also use stainless mesh as opposed to the soft coated aluminum crap K&N has been using since the 1970's that bends to shit way too easily.

In Europe Green filters rule all.

They will here too once people get K&N off their minds.

I have their ping pong ball tester on the counter in my store (its more like a golf ball it has dimples).

A lot of people always talk about air flow when in fact its air velocity that makes a good filter.
