I am guessing you are speaking of the mail that comes from www.syty.org ?

I don't remember the exact phrase you need to unsuscribe - Brian D is the admin - he checks in here also. You could try to send him an e-mail.

To subscribe to the list manually send an email to majordomo@syty.org with one of the following lines as the body of the message. No subject line is necessary.

subscribe syty (for live feed list)
subscribe syty-digest (for digest list)

Would lead me to belive sending an email to
majordomo@syty.org
with
unsubscribe syty (for live feed list)
unsubscribe syty-digest (for digest list)
in the body you would get unsubscribed.
