HOW FAST AM I GOING?

MY SPEEDO DOESN'T WORK BECAUSE A FRIEND SHORTED OUT MY DASH AND THE SPEEDO STOPPED WORKING.THE OTHER GAUGES WORK,BUT I WAS WONDERING HOW FAST AM I GOING AT 3000 RPM ON THE HIGHWAY WITH STOCK TIRES AND GEARS?MY OTHER QUESTION IS DO I HAVE TO CHANGE THE WHOLE CLUSTER OR JUST THE SPEEDO?

I'M NOT SHOUTING.When we installed the rebuilt motor he wanted to pull my drivers window down.So he touched the wrong wires together under the hood,and POOF.Smoke just started to flood from the cluster.I'm located in CONN.

We just fixed the speedo today.It was only the buffer that was disconnected by the computer.So i'm back in business and the speedo works.
