Just when I wanted to get back into my truck good old uncle sam hit me for 4k. I have no other way of getting cash so syclone 411 is for sale. Its been sitting for 6 month at ex's house. It runs. Has an oil leak somewhere up high in the rear of the engine. It has a slip sometimes when u gun it hard. Not sure if its slipping or just engine tune is off. I really haven't done much to it in a few years due to divorce. There's a lot of mods on it. See my sig. For mods and thread on build. The parts in it alone are worth over 12k. Truck has about 2k miles after I did all the work. Paint is decent but has chips and is stock. Interior is excelent unless the ex did something to it. Only a few minor dings. Not sure what sy's are going for so ill take any reasonable offers. I know I need 4k but please don't insult me and offer 4k. Lol. Would do part trade for a motorcycle or car/truck ?? I hate to see it go...

There's pics in my sig in my small project I did to truck. Ill take some pics this week. Miles are around 96k. But truck has tons of new parts. Lower end of engine is stock but rest is new. Like I said it has a few minor issues but truck is in good shape. I know prices are down on these. Was looking to get at least 10k. Devorce forced me into Bankruptcy and I can't do payments.

I'm sorry everyone. I lost all access to the internet for a while. Truck is still for sale. I just drove it to my new house 40 miles south of san Jose and it made it fine. Like I said before its not a turn key and needs a little tlc but it has over 12k invested. I'll post pics ASAP. It won't pass the visual test in California so I'm not sure if it would pass smog so its not registered. The body just has a few minor dings. Paint is original and has a few chips. New hood but someone on bike scratched it. Interior is great. I decided to ask for $10k and not a penny less. Thanks.

Sorry... I lost my internet access..... I do have to sell so any offers close to my asking price ill consider. U can look at my mods in Sig. It was my first build and it still need some tuning but it runs good. It didn't leak oil when I drove it but I had boost turned way down. I'll try to get pics up this weekend. I'm trying to restore my 72 elcamino so I would do a part trade for an engine and trans or any el parts.

When you say it won't pass the visual inspection, are you saying the engine smokes, or something else? Also, is this your first SyTy build, or first build of any type?

He is talking about stuff like it doesn't look stock under the hood ie non stock air box, valve cover breathers, EGR removed, aftermarket IC etc.

Gotcha. They are supposed to do that here too, but I haven't heard of anyone failing an emissions test because it didn't look stock. Hell, the Omni had passed twice with a gaping hole in the fender where the charcoal canister should be...

CA is a little more strict. Anything from a valve cover breather to an adjustable fuel pressure reg. will make it fail. I once got a fail on my 454ss because the heat pipe that goes to the intake had a small hole in it.

Truck doesn't smoke. It actually runs great. Idles fine. I never hooked it up to see if it passes smog. Soon as the guy opened the hood and saw the open air cleaner he said it won't pass.

First syty build. But I had tons of help. My dad was a race car mechanic and I have built engines before. I built a 450hp Chevy 327 and a 400 HP 350.
