Is this normal boosting?

I was on the highway today, and floored it to pass, well, I am only hitting around 10-11 PSI, is that normal? My chips is set at T115. What do you think is up?

Also, When I hold my brake in at a light and try to boost, it only can hold around 6PSI brfore it starts creeping up on me. The launch isn' NEAR as hard but it does feel faster just to floor it rather than build boost. I am hitting a full 15-16 (sometimes around 17)PSI through first and then 13-15 in secondm and then once I hit third it dwindles off the 10-12PSI. What do you think is up?

Have you connected a scan tool? If not, do it first. What do you mean on "fresh tuneup"? What about you ignition system? What about with your vacuum hoses? Anyway, connect a scan tool first...
