i think you got different catogories there. i think you must own a syty for atleast 2 years. to become a syty'er. alot of people buy them to have fun with it, and at the end with all the money burned down. they are selling it, for a big loss. it just wasn't the low price supercar they thought it would be.

i just want to be different, without being to expensive. but also enjoy working on these cars.
and i really love to suprise people with these trucks. passing them, standing at the lights. even the little brag rights that come with these trucks i love...altough i'm not a macho. i know i could take almost any sportscar from a stop. i never have to talk shit with these trucks. haha:tup:

I think it says the owners have potent attitudes and don't care what others perceive of them. Just look at a Syclone: to me it emits an agressive stance whether sitting still or moving, even 17 years after it was introduced. Serene people do not own a Sy or Ty. Normally it belongs to those that are labelled cocky, arrogant, aggresive, macho, etc. I think history bears out that if you like to win a 1/4 mile race and be dominant on the street, it shows in owning a SyTy!! Lots of other cool fast cars out there but little compares to an AWD turbocharged "truck" being slingshot out of the hole.

In the UK I am big, loud, brash, different, unique, broke and totally un-green by driving one of these.

It is all totally true! :D

You would think with AWD and turbo it would say we have our feet firmly planted on the ground, and very confident in life.

Then you add in that most of the trucks are on jackstands, and I would say we all have dreams of being firmly planted and high self confidence, but we are still trying to get there.

Confused with life and really tries to figure out what the hell did I get into. Never really understand that cheap and reliable belong in the same sentence. But is happy having something in the garage that other do not want or understand what they are about.

un-conventional

If we were conventional we would all spend our money on Vetts (we'd have the same money in one:) )

This is pretty true for me. Maybe that's why I won't just sell it. That would equate to giving up on my dreams and lowering my standards in life.

You don't follow the crowd, You instead choose to be a pacesetter that everyone else is trying to beat. This only applies if your truck is running :rotf::rotf::rotf:. If your truck isn't running what are you doing wasting time?, get back to work.
