KDS tranny...??

What I figured, just wanted to verify. Our vehicles I figured would destroy it.

I have a broken input shaft though. Would it be wise to get the hardened input assembly that they offer. Or get stock replacement.?

BTW, Thanks waller for all the help. Could you help me assemble a kit to buy from you?

I just got off the phone with the gentleman rebuilding my tranny. List of what is needed.

Input/Drum
Band
Clutches
Front Pump

I am really unfamiliar with transmission even though this is my fourth. This will be the last time with the 700R4... I will go 4L80 next time. But for now, I have what you said on the input/drum going stock and cryo. I don't have anywhere local to get it cryo'd. I have 3 weeks to get it put back together before my wedding and meet following right after the honeymoon. I know cancell the honeymoon to prep the Ty, but I need the vacation. LOL

The Input assembly they sell that is supposely better is probably the stock already cryo treated, I am guessing? What band/clutches should I purchase? Better front pump or stay stock with hardened rebuild kit? They make that right? LOL Should I get billet pistons while I am at it?

The build I have already has some of a shift kit and after I broke a piston before in the drum.

The help is mucho appreciatedo!!
