Larger Stock Crossover.

i have read in other posts that some people inquired about having a custom larger crossover for their stock manifolds. is this something that there would be interest in.

if their is interest what would you guys like to see. what diameter?? 1 piece or slip fit etc.....

i am only in the planning stages of this and want to judge the interest before starting someting that is not needed nor desired.

Just have to make sure that the increased diameter:

1) Won't cause fitament issues
2) Won't slow down exhaust gas velocity

Doesn't seem to make much sense as the inlet to the crossover will be limited by the outlet of the drivers side manifold, and the outlet will be limited by the inlet size of the passenger side manifold. I don't think you're going to see any noticable gains from a larger crossover alone, but I'm not an expert either.

again this may not even make sense to do for your reasons listed above. i have read about every post on this forum and have seen members asking for this. that is the only reason i am asking if there is interest.

I am definitely interested. I don't know if I had already posted a thread on this, but I think it would help immensely. That stock crossover is puny. Something a little bit bigger, and probably a slipfit would be nice to make for a hopefully easier install. Anyways, I'd want one.
