As I posted in your other thread, you have should I say "Large" goals for a first time syty engine builder.
They are similar to a 350 yes, but not the same. Different rods, same pistons but that is the least of your worries to buy in that HP range.
If you have not had experience with a turbo motor before, keep in mind turbo motors make torque, a lot of it. So 600hp will be 700 or more ft lbs of torque. That will be hard on engine parts in a hurry.
Stock crank and block will struggle at those levels IMO. Not impossible but will be pushing limits beyond what even some of the best syty engine builders do (canadians for example).
Aftermarket blocks are hard to find, expensive and not made anymore.
A nice crank will be ~3k.
