Hey guys, here I go again. I'm going to do my garage SyTy style, just like my last one. 
Here is the opener that I'm going to install. The Liftmaster 3800. I have read about it and I'm going to go with that model versus the i-Drive from Wayne-Dalton. I had the i-Drive in my other house, but heard from the new owners a few glitches they ran into. Also, my door is much bigger and not sure if the i-Drive would be able to handle it.
