Ok everyone, I have good news and bad news...
the good news is, I have the last batch of hoodies in the back of my car, which consist of all the Sherpa hoodies and a couple of the regular ones the printer wanted to redo at no cost.
the bad news is, dispite purchasing a jacket hold down, getting creative with some neoprene and some other backing materials, we were still unsuccessful at getting the logo on the back of the Sherpa hoodies printed. The problem creates itself because the cotton stretches, and since the hoodies are 2 layers with the liner, using adhesive to keep them from moving like the normal hoodies is not an option. When the first screen is lifted, the material lifts slightly as well, throwing off the registration for the following 2 screens.
So with that, anyone who ordered a Sherpa hoodie has the following options...
1. Accept it with the front logo only, blank back.
2. We can probably do a 1 color logo on the back (no red SyTy script), but thats about it.
3. I can refund you the price of the hoodie and shipping and I will attempt to resell them to someone else.
I will be getting the rest of the pending orders ready to ship over the next couple days. I will put up a list of who has received their hoodies, the ones that have shipped and the ones that will ship ASAP. I will also indicate who had ordered a Sherpa hoodie and if I dont hear from everyone by the end of the week I will email you
I appologise for the wait and the problem with the Sherpas, it was a first attempt with this style hoodie, normally they do embroidery or a discharge process on the Sherpas, neither one of us thought ink would cause this much problem.... live and learn.
