need a good size syclone logo

just want a good size i can then scale down for a screensaver to use while im at the track.

They drool all over it now so i figure this would be a good adddition instead of just using the winxp std screensaver.

Black background would be best but i can change the color if its not black.

Just need something good size i can scale down instead of somthing small to make larger.

How big you want it? I have an Illustrator file that will allow me to resize it without quality loss to any size. I could make it 10 ft wide? LOL Let me know.

I think a lot of us would like a screensaver like that one. I would like one resided to use as a background for a PC with 640x480 resolution and one for 1024x768.

Is there any chance that someone has a screen saver that moves around as well. How about one of our trucks moving around the screen.

There are programs that have pictures that you can choose that animate on and off between the images.

It's a PNG image, that way you can put it on any color background without the white fuzz arround it. Enjoy.

OK...

So I am stupid and know nothing about the .png format. How do I shrink it and get rid of the Typhoon. I tried to use Microsoft photo editor to resize and convert it to JPG or BMP so I can use it as wallpaper but each time I try it starts to overlap.... WTF should I use?

not shooting you down at all jesse, but if you guys want a more "detailed" Sy logo (closer to the truck decals), I will upload sized GIF images in an hour or so. These, too, are Illustrator files, so resolution is not an issue.

The problem with creating screensavers is you have to program it. I havent gotten into the code yet to write a screensaver.

heck i just copied the sy to a new file, with the size set to what i wanted.

then i changed winxp to look at that file to use for the screensaver.

if i spent 10minutes on it.....

artwork had a bit of white around the edges but for what im using it for.

the 2nd images posted in this might have a claener and more exact look to the original logo. i.e. this one doesnt round the edges of the pixels as well as the 2nd image that was closer to the original.

probly a splliting hairs comparison...

I personally don't like the look of the ratty (torn edge) Syclone logo. GM should have just used the Ty style for the Sy. Too bad. Not like I was part of the design team. Guess we just have to live with it.
