I have to wonder if 1.50 is just about the best 60ft anyone has ever seen without caltracs. Which by the way looks like we are going to need since we cant launch any better than we are now. it got pretty violent trying to launch last nite.

we dialed in the rear suspension with only a sway bar and adjustable rancho 9000 shocks and front end limiters.

no wheel hop! and we can plant the tires jut fine!

rev limiter set on 3400. and thats what its at when it leaves.

we can use ramps to lighten the hit.

thats the thing. we want to get it to launch without taking anything out.

like lower launch boost or using ramps.

if the springs didnt warap up we would see 1.4x's 60 ft's. but when the truck is bounching up and down on the launch, well moving up and down instead of going forward and your done.

my last run last nite was a 10.88 and i would swear when it bounced the rear actually moved over to the pass side.

i go to the dentist next month to fix loose fillings. :D

as we see it got it to 1.50 with nothing but sway bar and adjustable shocks.

so if the caltracs can get me to hook with 5-8 more psi of boost then screw the 4 link.

one thing about last night. 1st run with no ramps i actually got a head rush, real qeasy kinda feeling. after i got outta the truck in the lanes i said to keith: "hey hit me in the head right about here."

keith: "why?"

me: " I think one of my eyeballs is stuck back there" :D
