After 74 views and not even the first "hey, welcome to the board hope you get one" or "hey, you dont have a sy or ty so get the hell out" maybe ill get a reply after this one:tup:
just got back from picking up my ty #0302 from injected1 down in Florida. Ill have to say, the guy is a stand up guy. He was completely honest with me about the truck the few issues it has he up front told me about rather than me drive 150 miles to find them on my own. I did find 2 rust spots that really concern me on the underbody but they will be handled immediately. Thanks again Nick for being an honest guy and not trying to fawk some one over. Truck made it home with not a single issue and drove like a dream.

You're concerned with only two rust spots? You should see the bottom of my Ty you'd s*** yourself.

Re: New guy in Alabama

well, i plan to keep this ty and possibly pass it to my kids if they want it. im not just getting a new project and playing for a while hoping i can turn a profit. i want to get everything fixed before it turns into a larger issue than it already is.

Enjoyed the trip! Nice to meet Nick, his family and the guys helping out on his project. Think I could borrow that team for a couple weeks? :rotf:

Hunter, you don't owe me any gas money...only labor...lots of labor! :D

Welcome fellow Alabama SyTy owner. I'm sure you will love the truck. Luckily I will be able to enjoy all the extra HP up here in the winter time. LOL ;) Congrats

I really like that color combo on the Ty's, I wish they had Sy's in that combo. WHen I had my C-5, I hated those Z06 rims, but that argent color wheels go well with your Ty. Congrats.

Congrats on the purchase! I'm still trying to iron out a transmission leak but I am pretty local if you guys ever want to meet up.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the purchase, it's nice to see more Alabama members. I will warn you that they like to multiply.

Re: New guy in Alabama

Thanks guys. And yes im going to agree with the like to multiply statement. If I didn't already have 12 vehicles id be figuring on that $6500 Sy that's for sale. I have way to many interest to have time to dedicate to building a 6second truck, but I am loving the Ty. After the few quirks are worked out I believe I will enjoy it even more. Neil is actually down in my area and will be coming over tomorrow evening to help puddle with it. Btw thanks in advance Neil.
