new member here just bought a 91 syclone 40;000 miles on it .do'nt know much about them i hear thay are bad ass trucks thinking about putting a hood scoup on it.is there any info on that subject.thanks chuck

i saw the one on a 91 sy and it looked real cool it was a drag truck i think it was a carbin fiber hood

Go with a cowl hood much smoother, cleaner looking. and welcome aboard

I hope you mean your gonna buy a new hood and not cut yours. Bonded scoops rarely last anyway. Keep your original in a nice safe place.

Why buy a cowl and be like everyone else? Maybe he is thinking ram air? Don't get me wrong, I love the look of a cowl hood on a SY, but a hood scoop would probably look uncool :tdown:

On the cowl hood, I think stock hood looks better. Welcome to syty and I am also new. The people here are very cool and have helped me with alot of problems on ty. Good luck
