BTW, I plan to get a set of Gold Series Brembo 6 piston calipers and 13" slotted rotors to complement the backdrop :))))). If that doesn't work, I'll settle for Baer's but I really want the Brembo's.

HRE's are nice wheels. for a price of $700-3000 a wheel, they better be! To get a set for $1800, that's a good deal.

awesome wheels... forged is the way to go if you can afford it. not a bad deal overall for HRE's but very pricy, after shipping, tires, mounting and balancing you are lookin' at over $3000 :eek:

that said, I can't wait to see pics of them on your sy. these are one of the highest quality wheels you can even get for on one. how much do the wheels weigh? I'm curious, you might wanna put em on a scale before you mount tires on them for reference, cause they're probably also one of the lightest vette size wheels available.

They weigh about as much as any normal one piece wheel. They're not really made to be light weight.

I think they re nice. Kinda look theyre for a Vette but still should look pretty damn sweet. Hey....what am I talking about? Im getting Z06 wheels.

I am planning on running 245/45R17's up front and either 285/35R18's OR 295/35R18's on the rear. Most likely I will select the 285's though. Do you think that will work? Guess it all depends on what Po' Boys has in stock at the time....JK (HAHA)! Trying to decide what tire to get from tire rack.

Wheels came in and tires are now mounted. Can someone advise me who sells the required spacers for the rear (I think 1/2") so I can get these on my Sy. BTW, they were originally for a C5.....
