ok, enough discussion on the other thread, this needs to be figured out soon, so here is the drill.

The poll is set up to determine the type of meet we want.

Below is a list of weekends (it been fairly strongly expressed it needs to be on a weekend), after you vote on the type of meet, post when you want to do it, if it doesnt matter what weekend, the say that.
Nov. 30th
Dec. 1st
Dec. 7th
Dec. 8th
Dec. 14th
Dec. 15th <-- Last Day for Atco (I think)
Dec. 21st
Dec. 22nd

The "PLACE" we have the meet is stil kinda open.

If we want a Track meet, or food and track meet, or even a food/BS-ing kinda meet, and some of you tell the rest of us to F off :) and go to the track anyways, that needs to be decided.

Hooters in Maple Shade is a good spot to go if we want to try to venture to the track later, since Atco is only like a 15-20 min cruise down Rt 73.

Either way, im sure there are other option, If anyone knows of a cool cruise spot to chill and take pictures at, thats cool too, but we gotta know about it ASAP.

Have at it guys, im locking the other thread, and making them both stickys till we figrue this out.

Eric's sugesstion is ideal. Buuuuuuut....... I don't think the wifes/gf's will all be down with it. Any of those dates are fine for me. For location I vote for Hooters in Maple Shade. The last meet we had there turned out good.

do it on a sunday at atco and i can probly make it. saturdays are out for me.....open for biz then. weekdays are a bithch to get to atco, unless you can still get 3 runs in if your there by 7pm as i close up here at 6pm.

any date is good for me..sundays are iffy..sat is best...

OK, well the only one who specified a date so far was Dom.

It seems like Sunday is favored more than Saturday, however this is what I found on Atcos site:
Sat Dec 14 10am Tune & Test/Open to all cars
Sun Dec 15 10am Gamblers Race & Import Bracket/Tune & Test

Does that mean test and tune is open to all cars on Sunday too?

Although it seems there is a strong interest in going to the track, the poll really doesnt reflect that, so if you track people havent voted, please do so.

i say track and i am there. sunday is best.

oh not that any one cares but i desided what to do with the 67 stang. since my gn was stolen and insurance is going to try and f me(since it has been 2 months and still no word) i am going to take my brand new 5k motor and 1500 trans and rip them out and put a gn motor in. the car only weighs 2700lb's and since my 3700lb gn was high 10 with just bolt ons can you say mid to low 10 everyday driver. nice :p
