What: 9th Annual SyTy Nationals
When: September 8-10, 2006
Where: Kansas City / Overland Park, KS
Due to a scheduling conflict that occurred before our event even kicked off last year the date has been rescheduled to the end of summer instead of the beginning.
Hopefully this means more folks will be able to attend since we are no longer competing with larger draw venues of summertime.
Fall should offer milder weather with cooler evenings and less chance of thunderstorms.
After looking around at some other hotels in KC to possibly keep the same date we found that the Doubletree offers the most secluded parking and best suites the atmosphere of the Nationals.
Make sure you don't miss the SyTy Power Tour, the longest line of the finest SyTy you will ever get the chance to cruise with.
AWD dyno to let it be known that you make the power to the wheels, not some estimate of bolt on HP+ numbers.
The SyTy Show -N- Shine will definitely give everyone an opportunity to show off what their hard work is all about. There is access to water on site and its pretty typical to see some guys wash their SyTy's 2 or 3 times over the weekend. We have even seen it done with bottled water!
KCIR Exclusive track rental: Test n Tune all afternoon long, with an evening packed full of Sy Ty only racing classes, bracket racing, even run what you brung in our rental/tow class.
Where else can you spend 3 days around the highest concentration of SyTys anywhere in the world? See the most innovative mods and how they actually perform on the track and dyno. Bring your spare parts and some spare cash to browse the SyTy swap meet.
