Too low IMO. I would rip that thing off in a minute driving around here where I'm at. But then again I do drive mine everyday.

I did the same thing with a plastic storage bin from Walmart along time ago.. I didn't want mine hanging real low because I drive my truck everyday that it's not raining or snowing.

yes thats my 57 belair conv.
the bottom edge is actually just over 5 inches off the ground so should not be a problem.

Do you have anymore pics of how the hoses are ran and stuff like that? I have the Kenne Bell Ram Air Kit but it isn't in the middle of the truck. I like the look of yours better. It is alot more noticeable. Mine you can barely see. Thanks.
