Hello,
I'm looking for other SY/TY owners in Oregon. I'm in the portland area and would like to join a club or get one going even though I don't have the first clue on how to run one. If you are in or know of a club I can join let me know.

I live in Boring. I do not own a Sy or Ty but have owned a few. There are not many of us around!

I live in salem and have a syclone. Theres a couple other Ty owners in salem i know of, but they are older guys that just use them as drivers.

Are you a new syty owner? which one did you pick up? More than likely if it was recently, in oregon and decently priced you probably got one that i looked at buying lol. Kinda had the itch for another one even though mine isn't even driveable yet.

you live fairly close to where i picked up my sy from, are you the guy that used to have a marlboro?

Yeah, I am the guy who owned a Marlboro. Before that truck, I owned four other Syclones. I loved all of them! It was painful to get rid of the red truck but other priorities took higher priority. I will buy another some day. When I save up next time, I want to buy a very low-mile Sy or Ty.

I am not 100% on this...but to change or add a picture on your profile, I think it can be done on your preferences. It has been a LONG time since I changed mine! I suck with technology! :) Welcome to the forum!

thanks, Yeah I'm not good at all the technology either.
I would love to buy another one. There is a red one on here for sale he wants $20,000.00 for it. I told the wife we should fly over buy it and drive it back, That didn't go over well..:lol:

I have had the Typhoon for about 12 years. I blew the motor up 11 years agao and just got it up and running about 3 weeks or so ago. It is a 93 all white with 55k miles. I'm trying to post pictures of it on here but I sucks at all this computer crap.

Upload all the pics that you want

Once they are uploaded copy the IMG tag which will be under the picture and paste into your post here and bam!

There was also a guy from Clackamas that had a green/grey Ty that came to my house a couple times I cant remember his name ill have to look.

Yeah that is really close to me. I'm in Milwaukie. So how often do you come to the portland area?

As little as possible, lol. Maybe once a year or so, usually Christmas.

I grew up there and when I was old enough to leave I was gone. I hate the rain, but my parents still live there.

Yeah the weather here sucks. There is a huge car show going on today at the jubitz truck stop down in delta park. I'm thinking of taking the typhoon down there and then I go out and look and the clouds and have second thoughts....lol
