stock wheels when i make a hard turn the wheel actually hits so hard it has ground down the aluminum on the wheel, and nocked the wheel weight off. could the truck be out of alignment this far? camber doesnt look horribel but it is lowered in the front and has been aligned since the torsion bar adj. I did have the same problem with the sawblades and i tightend the torsion bars and had the wheel weight taped on the inside of the wheel and the problem went away. Unfortunaltley i thinkt if i raised it this problem would be gone. Any other ideas? Culd the transfercase being locked up promte this as well?

Don't crank it all the way when you turn? No reason to jeff stuff up if it can be prevented.

The most likely cause is that the limit stops on the LCA have worn down over time.. The easiest fix(that I have found) is that clean them up then lay a new weld down on the top of them..
You can see mine in this pic.. I had to build it up quite a bit and then I ground it back down to where it needs to be...
