possible direction, need advice

Ive been kicking ideas around for a bit now to get my stock 93ty a little quicker.
now im settled on a Td06h-20g 12 turbo (so if you have one fs let me know).
I have a set of vortec heads from another project with the Edelbrock 2114 intake.
Ive also got a retrotech standalone FI system that will suport 550hp. Ive learned how to tune this system running it on my blown 406. I like the system so much id like to put it on the ty. If any of the syty savy guys could take a look at the system i have and let me know just how hard it will be to set up id apreciate it.
Ill have to fab up an A2A system as well but that shouldnt be too hard.
The system i have is:

If i can get the truck in the low13- high 12s and keep it reliable id be very content untl its time to rebuild the motor/ trans, then turn up the boost.
The only draw back is the non stock look it will have. But id trade that for reliability any day.
Any help would be great. Im a bit new to these trucks and dont want to mess it up going a differnt direction.
BTW, i might have to do the vortec head swap due to my 32 dodge project having to change to the pre vortec intake, so the pre vortec heads need to go on it. Anyone got some worked over pre v heads lyin around.

for the times your looking for you could get there with very little, check out http://powertuneplus.com/syclone/howto_stock13s.shtm

for some ideas. I believe you could get into that relm with just a tune and a fuel pump, but you would have to use a bit of boost (18psi) to do it. I would recommend looking at an alky system. If you can find that turbo it will help as well. All that other stuff if great stuff, but you gotta build it all together to get something that is fast and reliable. A simple example would be the heads, high flowing heads are great, but you arn't really using them until you get a bigger turbo to move more air, and a cam to let that air in, and a higher stall TC to get it spooled at the line, and get your shifts up into your new, higher powerband.
