Promgrammer update available

Howdy,

I just emailed out an update to Promgrammer (to version 1.1.1). It fixes a couple of typos and adds a few minor tweaks. If you are registered, and did not receive a copy, please email me and I'll get it right out to you.. Some of the email addresses I have for registered users are out-of-date (had a half-dozen delivery failures).

A question for everyone about Promgrammer: Is it still useful? Is it worth updating/maintaining? It seems like a lot of people are switching over to emulators and real-time editors; and I was just wondering if there's much interest in Promgrammer anymore.

Is it helpful? Very much so to me, Bill....and I really appreciate all the work you've put into it for such small returns. Personally, I use Promgrammer for all my final modifications when doing a chip or when doing a chip without a Romulator. Personally, I do a lot of "non-mainstream" editing (EGR crap, WG crap, etc...) and PG is so much more flexible and detailed than some of the other editors out there.

I would love to still see support provided for PG, but understand completely if you don't feel the need to do so.

Regardless, thanks a mill, Bill!

Sweat. I still use it. Love the MPH F71 hack built right in it. No need to run a patch. Open, select which scaling you want to use. Save and done.

:stupid: I am registered, but I am pretty sure I have changed email addresses since your last update.

Well, since your's is one of the emails that bounced, I'd have to agree with you. :) Just send me an email from your current address, and I'll send you a copy tonight (when I get home).

I wasn't going to stop maintaining Promgrammer (bug fixes, answer questions, etc.), I was just wondering if it was worth the effort to work on new features. People keep raving about the great-and-wonderful new editors, and it seems like Promgrammer has become passe' or obsolete. So, that's why I asked.

Anyways, what features would y'all like to see?
