PTE Turbo charger

So I was looking around the sytyperformance.com site and came across these PTE turbo chargers. It says you need to use a different down pipe and a 3000 stall converter, Really is that it? Is it true you can put that on a stock motor and run 12's or 11's for.$875.00?:idea:

You must also have supporting mods.

ie. downpipe, fuel system, chip/tune, etc.

I would estimate most trucks have $5k-$7500 in mods to go low 12s high 11s. A couple grand in just a trans and converter.

Yeah I didn't think that sounded right. Hell I have a hard time keeping the trans in mine and its mostly stock.
