So here's the deal. I don't drive it and don't have room for it. Iv been parking it in my garage since i bought it. I paid too much for the truck but it had 80K miles, original wheels, a nice intercooler setup, and clean interior. Within 2 months I had taken it to RPM for plugs wires and a few other goodies and purchased an entire front and rear brakes setup from SSBC that included cross drilled slotted rotors, red powder coated calipers and pads. The rear conversion consisted of drum to disc adaptors, red powder coated calipers, cross drilled rotors and pads. The front has been installed but not the rear. Its still in the boxes.
approx 3 months after having the truck while racing the truck around, I did some damage to the motor and the tranny. Turns out that the "rebuild" that was done was done very badly and I blew the piston rings and the forward gears in the tranny. So I eventually found a guy who had wrecked his 70K mile Syclone and bought the motor and tranny from it. The motor was complete with ECU, wiring harness, turbo, air to air intercooler and complete turbo tubing. So I hired someone to swap out everything for me. The trucks wiring harness was left to me to install. I got it all in for the truck to run minus a few grounds, so I do have a couple issues with the headlights blowing the fuse when turned on etc. The truck has a battery relocation in the bed and a fiberglass lifting bed cover.
The truck can be driven to test out the motor and tranny. Its not currently registered as I non op'd it for the swap.
You will get my 91 Syclone w/ 89K running and complete
A spare original Syclone motor that needs a rebuild complete with ECU, wiring harness, turbo and all the intercooler tubing.
A spare original Syclone transmission in need of rebuild
ill start my price at 8K for all this. Thats about half of everything I have spent Syclone related.
