Red Typhoon(?) on TRUCKS!

I was just watching TRUCKS! on TV, they were doing a Hot Rod pickup and the host (cant think of his name right now) was going around to a couple different places showing some of what goes into custom paint and bodywork.

Anyway they were dropping off the cab to some body-shop and as they were taking it off the trailer, I'm pretty sure I saw a red Typhoon. I only say it was a Ty because of the colour as I just saw the front of it for no more than 2 seconds. It was parked behind an older red 4x4 Ford(?), if anyone saw the show today.

WHy can't any of these car shows work on a SyTy for heavens sake? Come on, just bring one in so we can refresh the memories of the population and get the market back up. I could care less about watchin them put in a cold air kit on a Honda Civic!

Ya its too bad, Stacey couldnt have gotten ahold of a SyTy for his show on the SRT10 Ram, Lightning and Joe Gibbs Silverado. You know just for comparison.

And yes, he does laugh at almost everything. He's a pretty good host though and seems to know what he's doing at least. Unlike say, the guys on that TunerTransformation, anyone ever see that? I just watch it to laugh at what they do to some of those cars. The only one that was decent was the one where they sleeper-ized a WRX STi.

They shoot it at a studio an in Madison,TN. I only live about 15 min away. Ive thought about emailing them to ask if they ever wanted a Syclone or Typhoon for the show but im sure they get goofy guys emailing them about putting thier truck on tv all the time.

Take a ride over with Hoover, and your trucks. Give him a ride in yours and then have Hoover give him a ride, if thats not enough, I wouldn't want to be on his show.

its about time they get reconition again. i dont see what it is with people and the lightning its not that great of a truck and it gets its a$$ kicked by sy's everywhere. but dont get me wrong i like the truck its just that people think it is the fastest truck out there until now with the srt-10 out. now that is a fast truck i dove an 05 the other day. i would love to see a sy/ty on tv and given the respect it deserves.

no kidding, syty's have been under development for the last thirteen or so years....they've come a long way since then....more than a few trucks should show up at their doorstep....hell, let stacy drive one...

Ok in the sport ruck episode Stacey does give credit to the syclone, he talks about the 454ss and then says the legendary gmc syclone.!!!!!! And i do believe i saw a red ty on trucks also.

that Stacey dude is a little goofy..I walked right past him at SEMA a few years back. And they need to do a little "history" of sleeper or trick trucks with the SY/TY being one the the first.
