Sad day at the Junkyard

I went to the junkyard and saw Sonoma Gt #18 in all her glory. What a sad day. Needless to say I grabbed all the parts I could to keep it some what alive. I don't know what the story is on the awesome bumper. but it was all legit. Vortec, Pas Sticker, Faded doors, could barely see where the Gt emblems used to be. And could not see any hole for the cladding to mount to. Don't know what was up with that. Truck can be seen here sorry about poor picture quality, http://s482.photobucket.com/albums/rr182/Typhoon2001/Misc/

The GT's cladding was mounted entirely with clamps and screws inside the fenderwell. There shouldn't have been any visible or obvious mounting points for it.

Grab that door panel or at least the piece with the fabric piece with the red around it. I know I could use one! The base of the center colsole and shifter is good to grab. Also the steering wheel is leather wrapped and the steering column is rare as well!

Re: Sad day at the Junkyard

I'm in Holland,mi. it's here in a local junkyard. I have the shifter, shifter cable, I'm going back possibly tomorrow to get the heads. The steering wheel is there I'm gonna get that as well. It however is in pretty rough shape. Will send more pics if needed. The wetards at the pleace broke the crap out of the center console trying to get it out, so that is a loss. I will grab the door panel fabric, I know for a fact I saw 1 there. I will sell all I have, pm me for a price.

Grab that big gold bracket that mounts the console to the floor. I could use one of those. I have a complete console with no way to mount it. I could also use at least one of the original sport rims. My SoGT is missing one. Trim rings and center caps, too please. Don't forget the mirrors.
