my best guess would be if the piston doesn't have a ".030" or any reference of a "30" anywhere else on it, then it's probably a .040 over if it says "40d"....I can't verify this for you right now because my srp's are put away in my motor right now....you could always go to the nearest machine shop and they'll gladly measure one for you on the spot (best bet).... :2cents:
