I'm ordering my emulator day and I need some help .I need a starter bin for 3 bar map sensor eger delete. any idea where I can get 1 I looked at code 59 but I did see 1 for them any ideas ?

All the code59 bins are 3 bar map. You just need one for stock heads/injectors. You will have the option to disable EGR when editing the bin with tunerpro.

I need the same bin. I just want to turn off EGR without changing anything else...for now.

To disable the EGR. In constants/scalars, scroll down to the EGR group.Click EGR temprature level for EGR enable. Then set the temp higher than will be reached. Save your bin. Now the EGR will not come on and nothing else is changed.

Just wondering why you want to turn off EGR?

EGR will give you better fuel mileage and lower combustion chamber temperatures at cruise speed resulting in less chance of spark knock/detonation at part throttle.

EGR is off under boost, so it isn't really going to do anything to increase performance.


The only valid reason to turn off EGR in the chip is if you have vortec head conversion, which has no provision for the exhaust crossover in the intake. Therefore EGR wouldnt work with vortecs so you need to turn it off in the chip to run properly.
