It is with a tinge of regret I'm putting this up for sale and I will be shortly filling in more details and putting up pictures. I bought this truck with the intentions of doing an LS 4L80E setup. However, I dropped the truck off for a custom suede\leather interior and the truck took way way too long, 2 years long. What I did not realize at the time is the owner of the shop was chasing some demons and ultimately ended up killing himself, leaving us to pick up the pieces so to say. Now that I've finally got mostly everything back together I just want it out of my life. I've had TWO kids since then so I can hardly look at this thing anymore as anything other than an enormous waste of my time. She may be a supermodel, but I've moved on. I've more or less had my kicks with vehicles now and have moved on to writing. I'm only blathering about this because I want to make it clear I'm not dumping this truck, on the other hand this truck isn't for a purist either.
That being said, looking at it is the hardest part. The truck is sexy.

All interior was pain stakingly color matched, lots of though was put into making sure it was a seemless blend of period appropriate and luxurious. I wanted something that didn't look "GM 80s" but still kept the design. To someone that has never seen a SyTy before, it looks less like a custom interior and more of "wow, they made the interior this nice on these cars?"

The bad
I will let people negotiate with and without depending on "the bad." If you want to bid on the truck before hand I will consider your bid way above and beyond having to do any more work on this truck.

I am in the process of getting the truck detailed for sale and will take professional photos. I will start the negotiating process at $15K and take it from there. I will only sell this truck to someone who has owned a modified vehicle before, so I don't end up having to explain what owning a vehicle like this is like. If I feel like someone thinks they're buying a Camry, I will refer them to a Toyota dealership.
A part of me still loves this truck, but the consummate adult in me is done here. Also for sale soon will be a list of LS\4L80e parts and conversion stuff.
I have input shafts, 4l80E syclone carbon fiber drive shaft, an LQ4 a stage 2 4l80E, 4L80E adapters etc etc. My PM box will fill up quickly so just start posting what you're looking for, thoughts, concerns etc and I'll get the ball rolling.
This will be the 2nd highly modified vehicle I've sold and the last one I sold (an 03 Cobra) was a perfect transaction. So I'm aiming to please here but I'm not going to dump this truck. It's on my businesses balance sheet, so I'd rather keep it until the right person buyers it than dump it and report a loss. I'm very much open to comparable, but it's hard to find a running truck with this nice of a setup.
Let me put it to you this way. If this truck was available when I was looking I would have jumped on it. This is the perfect setup for an LS truck. What this thing needs is an LS and a 4L80E with a little bit of tightening up here and there, and you're talking about a truck that's going to have a name, something people will recognize across different forums. The truck has great personality and I put a ton of time into figuring out a way to make this interior something people would want to look at. And a truck I wouldn't feel ashamed to show people who aren't car nuts. You know how that 80s GM interior goes over.
On the actual power side of the equation, this thing launches as hard if not harder than my 550rwhp Cobra did on drag radials.

- RPM intake w/ K&N (To replace the crossover pipe)

The bad
- The linkage on the custom interior will not allow the selection of manual, have not sorted this out yet. Use D as you would normally.
- I did not purchase gauges for the custom suede 3 pillar gauge
- The electrical is not hooked up to the car audio (wiring is ran, just not integrated)or windows yet
- Couple pieces of the interior are prepped and need to be painted.
- Car has has an SES light since I bought it. I assume it's related to the exhaust. I believe it's chip tuned.
